What happens after I have submitted my enquiry?
We will send you an acknowledgement email directly after receiving your online request. We will usually provide a callback within 2 working days to enquire more about your renovation needs and to arrange for our renovation contractor to go down to your location for a complimentary consultation, if required. In the event where you have decided to use our renovation service, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice attached 2 to 3 days after your confirmation booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can cancel or amend your booking prior to the first deposit payment is made, rescheduling is possible before the scheduled renovation commencement date free of charge, subjected to our renovation contractors availability. Any cancellation or amendment other than that stated will incur cancellation costs.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the result?
What are my payment options?
We accept cheque and bank transfers at the moment. At least 50% deposit is required prior to the scheduled renovation date. Final payment is to be made on the day of completion of the renovation project.
