The most common service we provide is painting doors without paint removal. This is how we do it:
- First, we inspect the door surface whether it can be painted over or if we would need to strip the top layer prior to painting.
- After inspection and the door is good to go, we remove the door hardware or we might use paint tape over it. If your door has windows, we will mask off the edge of the window to keep it pain-free.
- We will clean the door with a wet cloth to remove any dust and dirt.
- We will sand out the surface of the door for a smoother finish with sandpaper. And we will wipe the door again with a wet cloth.
- We will paint the first layer with a primer so that the final finishing will be even and the colour you have chosen will pop.
- After the primer layer is dry, we will paint the colour of your choice. At least two coatings.
- After the paint is dried, we will place back the door hardware and remove any tape used.
